For over a decade, OMG has been entrusted with recruiting, assigning, and managing all referee operations for the Elite Club National League (ECNL) Boys' and Girls' National events nationwide. Our comprehensive management process includes sourcing top-tier referees, coordinating assignments for every game, handling referee compensation, and offering on-field feedback through a network of certified referee coaches for their 40+ events each year.
OMG proudly oversees the management of more than 10,000 regular season games for Major League Soccer (MLS) NEXT nationwide, as well as key exclusive national events including Fest, Flex, MLS NEXT Cup, and Generation Adidas. Our responsibilities encompass recruiting and evaluating officials, processing weekly payroll, and managing a network of over 50 assignors across the United States and Canada.
